How do I edit the job info in XOi Mobile?
Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.
At the time of job creation Work Order #, Customer, and Location are established. If at any point after creation, you need to edit the Job Info you can.
Follow the steps below:
On the Job Details page select the Pencil icon to the right of Job Info. You need to be inside a job to find this area.
Edit the desired fields.
Select Save in the top right-hand corner.
