How do I reset my XOi Vision Web password?

Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.

You can reset your password on the XOi Vision Web sign-in screen.

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the XOi Vision Web sign-in screen: https://visionweb.xoi.io/signin

2. On the sign-in screen tap 'Forgot Password' underneath the Sign In button.

3. Enter your email address and tap 'Submit'.

4. You will receive a 6-digit code to enter via text. 

• The code will be sent to the phone number associated with your account when it was set up.
• If there is no phone number associated with your account the code will be sent to the email address associated with the account.

5. Enter the 6-digit code and a new password to reset your password and sign in. The + cannot be used as the symbol requirement. 

NOTE: Some browsers will autofill the 6-digit Code box with your email address. Please remove and place the code in there.
