You can reset your password on the XOi Vision Web sign-in screen.
Follow the steps below:
2. On the sign-in screen tap 'Forgot Password?' underneath the Sign In button.
3. Enter your email address and tap 'Submit'.
4. You will receive a 6-digit code to enter via text.
- The code will be sent to the phone number associated with your account when it was set up.
- If there is no phone number associated with your account the code will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
5. Enter your code along with a new password to reset your password and sign in.
NOTE: Some browsers will autofill the 6-Digit Code box with your email address. Please remove and place the code in there.
