How can I see and search for jobs in XOi Vision Web?

 

Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.

When jobs are created and completed by technicians they are stored in the cloud and available to all users in a given organization on both their mobile devices and the web. 

Job Status

         Complete

• • The technician has added all of the workflows, videos, photos, and notes needed and tapped 'Complete Job'.
  • Jobs can generate share links to be distributed internally and to customers. 

         Incomplete

• • The technician is still in the process of adding content to the job and has not tapped 'Complete Job'.
  • Jobs cannot generate share links. 

Searching for Jobs on the Web

Under Job Activity, you can search/filter Completed and Incomplete Jobs using a broad variety of terms and data. 

Place your search words in the appropriate box and select the magnifying glass.

Tags (Exact Match) - XOi will provide options based on the text

• Returns jobs exactly matching the tags specified. 

Note: Select Show More Options to see the below search options. 

Date Completed Range 

• Returns only jobs completed within the specified date range, inclusively.

Groups

• Returns all jobs completed by the users or only the jobs associated with the workflows in the group selected. This depends on how the admin has set up the group.

For example:

• Returns jobs completed by users in this group:
  If you have groups based on location, like Branch 123, with a range of users in the group (Plumbers, Electricians, etc.), searching by Branch 123 will show all the jobs completed by each user in the group, regardless of the job type. For example, if a user belongs to both the Plumbing and Electrical groups in addition to the Branch 123 group, you will see all their Electrical and Plumbing work when searching for Branch 123.

• Returns jobs associated with the workflows in the group:
  If you have a group based on a specific team, like the Electrician team, you will only see the jobs completed by users in the group that are associated with the Electrician workflows. Jobs they’ve completed in other groups, such as Plumbing, will not appear in this view.

Reminder how the group section works is based on how the admin has set up the group.

Support Status

• Returns only jobs matching the specified support status.
