Getting Started with the Vision Live Mobile App
XOi's Vision Live Pro allows technicians to virtually connect and collaborate in real-time for faster training and problem resolution directly from the field. It allows access to a virtual, interactive environment from your team's existing smart devices.
To Get Started using the Vision Live Mobile Application follow below:
1. Download the Vision Live application in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play store using the links below:
2. You should have received a video call registration link in a text/email. If you have not received this information please contact your Customer Success Manager as this is an add-on feature.
3. Select the link in your text/email. This will Activate your account and take you to the Vision Live app on your device. If you have not downloaded the app it will prompt you to do so.
You may now begin making or receiving calls. Please note your ability to make a call from the mobile app versus receiving a call is a different license. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager for questions.
