Update content in the Knowledge Base
Admins, Job/User Editors, and Job Editors can add/edit content tags on content. This can be done at the time of uploading a piece into the Knowledge Base or afterward.

To update an existing item follow below:
1. Go to the Knowledge Base tab.
2. Use the search filters to find the content.
3. Select the title of the content.
4. Select the pencil icon in the top right-hand corner.
5. Make all your changes and select Update at the bottom.
Additional Information
You can only edit content that has been uploaded to your Organization by users in your organization. You can not edit the content added by XOi.
