Knowledge Base Collections - Sharing With Others

Users can easily share collections and portions of collections.  This can be done by having them follow the steps below: 

1. Go to Knowledge Base
2. Select Collections or use the Search bar to select a particular collection
3. Find the item(s) you would like to share
   1. You can select more than one by using the check boxes to the left of each item
4. Click the Share icon - this will copy the share link to your clipboard
5. Share the link
