How to search in the Knowledge Base in XOi Mobile
The Knowledge Base has over 100,000 pieces of documentation like service manuals and diagrams, giving the technician the ability to find answers to their questions while working on the equipment.
Documentation can be found by searching by keywords in XOi Mobile.
1. Select the Knowledge Base icon at the bottom of the XOi Mobile app.
2. Enter a keyword. You can search by:
- Make/Manufacturer
- Model Number
- Other keywords
3. As you type in your keyword results will appear, select one of them.
4. Documentation will show based on the keyword you selected. Select a document to review or add additional keywords to find more specific results.
You may remove a keyword by selecting the x next to them.
Additional Information
Organizations can place their own content in the Knowledge Base. Everything from manuals, training documents videos, etc.
