How to view job summaries in XOi Vision Web

Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.

The Job Summary provides details of who the customer is, the location of the job, and the work being done by the technician. 

This information can be viewed directly from XOi Vision Web. 

To view job details on XOi Vision Web follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Completed Jobs or Incomplete Jobs, under Job Activity. 

2. Find the job, you can utilize our search functions, and click on the job title.

3. The Job summary will be at the top of the page. Scroll down for the workflow information.
