If your team uses an integration, you could see a Deep Link Error when you try to click on the job within the Vision app or from your integrated system. This error indicates that you are not the owner of the job.
1. Your email address may not match across both systems. Your admin will need to check to ensure that your email matches exactly in both XOi Vision and the integrated system. It is case-sensitive.
2. The job may not be assigned to you. Your admin will need to verify that you are the assigned technician.
