How do I add a Workflow Note to a workflow?
Workflow notes allow you to capture information that will help provide a full picture of what occurred while on the job. The notes here are viewable to your customer.
Examples of Workflow Notes:
- Job summaries
- Information about the equipment
- Additional information about what happened during the job
Follow below to learn how to add them:
After the addition of your workflow, on the Workflow screen select the Workflow Notes, under the Content section.
Tap underneath NOTE to open the keyboard and type your note. You can also use Text to Talk by selecting the microphone button. Please speak clearly, slowly, and close to the microphone for more accurate transcriptions.
When you are finished tap the Save button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Your note is now present on the Workflow screen.
You may add or edit this note anytime while working through the job.
Additional Information
- Workflow notes are viewable by the customer, if you would like to add a note that is for internal purposes only you can add an internal note.
