How to fill out Yes/No Steps

Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task. 

Yes/No workflow steps will ask you to answer basic Yes/No questions very quickly. 

Examples:

• Is there a safety issue?
• Is there a sales opportunity?
• Are there any issues with the unit?

To complete a Yes/No step simply select your choice. You may change your answer by selecting the other option if needed. 

If you see this icon a conditional workflow is associated with a response to this question. Selecting a particular response will prompt you to add an additional workflow.
