From the Journeyman™ support page or manually adding the workflow, techs can launch a live support call, connecting them with an XOi Virtual Mentor Specialist for virtual training and support.
To help your technicians refine and level up their skills and expertise, all VMC support calls emphasize teaching techs efficient and repeatable processes rather than simply fixing the task at hand.
