How to navigate a Knowledge Base document in XOi Mobile
The Knowledge Base has over 100,000 pieces of documentation like service manuals and diagrams, giving the technician the ability to find answers to their questions while working on the equipment.
Once you have searched and found the documentation you are looking for there are features available inside the documentation to easily navigate through it.
Select the document to enter it.
Features available:
1. Zoom: You can zoom in and out by pinching and sliding your fingers in and out on the screen.
2. Scroll: Pushing your finger up and down will allow you to scroll through the document.
3. Go directly to a page: There are two options for this feature.
- At the bottom of the screen, you will see the pages of the document. You may scroll to the right and left and then select a page to go directly there.
- In the top right-hand corner, by selecting the icon all the pages of the document will show in an easily readable view. You can select a page from there.
4. Search for keywords: Using the magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner you can search by keywords.
Type in your keyword. If it exists in the document you will be provided with results of where it is located in the document.
You may select one of these results to be taken directly to where it is located in the document.
If this is not what you are looking for simply select the magnifying glass again and your search will pull up again.
Once done with documentation select the x in the top left-hand corner to go back to the Knowledge Base search.
Additional Information
Organizations can place their own content in the Knowledge Base. Everything from manuals, training documents videos, etc.
