Can I edit a completed job in XOi Mobile?
After completing a job in XOi Mobile you may need to go back to add a workflow or change existing information. This can be done in XOi Mobile as long as the job is still in the Completed Jobs section on the My Work tab.
If the job is no longer in the Completed Jobs section on the My Work page the job is still editable but only in XOi Web.
Select the job you would like to edit.
You may select an existing workflow to edit or add a new workflow.
If you edit an existing workflow your job will stay in the completed status.
If you add a new workflow to your job a pop-up will appear after selecting the new workflow.
Your job will then move to the Incomplete Job section on the My Work tab.
You will need to finish your workflow and then re-complete your job.
Any changes made to a completed job will automatically update in shared links (Public and Entire). Anyone who received the link before the changes were made simply needs to reclick or refresh to see the updates—there’s no need to send a new link.
