How do I add a workflow to an existing job in XOi Web?
Workflows can be added to existing jobs in XOi Mobile and XOi Web. In XOi Web Users can add workflows to their jobs. Admins, Job/User Editors, and Job Editors can add workflows to any existing jobs.
This can be done on both Completed Jobs and Incomplete Jobs.
Find the job you want to add the workflow to.
Select the blue title of the job to open it.
Select the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
Select Edit Job.
Select + Add Workflow.
From here you will choose the workflow, add a workflow label(optional), and choose who the workflow will be assigned to. Automatically the technician who owns the job will be assigned to this workflow but if you are utilizing multiple contributors you can assign another technician.
When done select Update Job.
Once the workflow is added to the job the user assigned will be able to work through this workflow in XOi Mobile and XOi Web.
