How do I remove a workflow from a job in XOi Web?

Workflows can be removed from jobs in XOi Mobile and XOi Web. In XOi Web Users can remove workflows from their jobs. Admins, Job/User Editors, and Job Editors can remove workflows from any existing jobs. 

This can be done on both Completed Jobs and Incomplete Jobs. 

Find the job you want to remove the workflow from. 

Select the blue title of the job to enter it. 

Select the three dots in the top right-hand corner.

Select Edit Job. 

Select the trash can icon to the right of the workflow being removed. 

When done select Update Job.

The workflow will now be removed from the job. The technician assigned can continue to work through the job and add more workflows if needed.
