How to view the content in a Collection

Collections are groups of documentation that can be assigned to specific user groups so only they can view them. 

There are two ways you can review the documentation in a collection. 

• Filtering the Knowledge Base results
• Reviewing from the Collection tab

Filtering from the Knowledge Base

1. In XOi Web, select the Knowledge Base tab going into the Search section.

2. Select the Collection you would like to review from the Collection dropdown. 

3. Select Search. 

The documentation in the Collection will show in the search results. 

Reviewing from the Collection tab

1. In XOi Web, select the Knowledge Base tab and then select Collection. 

2. Select the edit button to the right of the collection you would like to review. 

3. Select View Collection. 

You will be taken back to the main Knowledge Base screen and the documents in the collection will show.
