Troubleshooting Dashboards
Dashboards allow you to review the data being collected in completed jobs, identify the most common types of equipment your technicians encounter, and manage your technician's productivity.
Within the Dashboard area, reports have been broken out into different sections, each dedicated to specific types of data. All User Roles can be permitted in the Dashboard tab.
Depending on how you are trying to filter the data you may come across some common messages. While they may come across as errors, there are some common reasons for those messages and simple steps to take to solve them.
No Data Available
If there's no data in the selected date range or given the selected filter values, KPI containers will show 0, and tables or charts display a message saying "No Data" with an icon.
If you suspect this is incorrect:
- Check your filters.
- Note which dashboard and chart you are trying to view, take a screenshot, and send screenshots & details to support.
