Report Builder Navigation

While XOi has provided you with core and premium* dashboards, you can also use the Report Builder to build and customize reports, pull data, and help with decision-making. 

All User Roles can be permitted to use the Report Builder.

There are three areas within the report builder:

• All Reports
• Starred Reports
• Built In Reports

You can select any of the reports in these three areas to access the data and edit the report as needed. 

All Reports

All Reports is the home page for the report builder and displays pre-built reports and any reports built by users in your organization. 

Starred Reports

The Starred tab displays reports that the users in your organization have marked as “most important”.

Click the star icon next to a report title to add the report to the section and click it again to remove it.

Built In Reports

Built In Reports displays pre-built reports that can be used to quickly preview data or a template to create new reports. Titles and descriptions help determine which reports may be relevant for a particular use case.

The section can be sorted but the sort selection will refresh when navigating away from the section. 

 

When viewing a built in report, you cannot directly edit the report itself. However, you can make edits and click the Save As button to save as a copy of the original report.

A pop-up will display to name and save the new report.
