Getting Started: Premium Dashboards

Dashboards allow you to review the data being collected in completed jobs, identify the most common types of equipment your technicians encounter, and manage your technician's productivity. 

Within the Dashboard area, reports have been broken out into different sections, each dedicated to specific types of data. All User Roles can be permitted in the Dashboard tab. 

All XOi customers have access to core dashboards, but for an additional cost premium dashboards can be provided.

Equipment Overview Dashboard

What you see:

• Enriched Asset Data (Reports with enriched data are focused on HVAC datapoints)
• Lifecycle Metrics
• Environment Metrics
• Thermal Capacity Metrics

• Distribution of Equipment Weight
• Equipment Type Breakdown
• Equipment Age Distribution by Type

• Heating Type Breakdown

• Distribution of Fan Motor Speed Controls

How you can use it:

• Identify common equipment and environments to focus training, sales, and technician assignments.
• Prepare for managing, selling, and installing units past their life expectancy.
• Understand maintenance needs and proactively purchase filters in bulk for optimal performance.
• Analyze equipment trends to guide preventive maintenance and part purchases.

Equipment Inventory Dashboard

What you see:

• Assets at customer or location
• Assets at or near end of life
• Understand full inventory of assets

How you can use it:

• Provide customers with a comprehensive equipment list, including each asset's remaining lifespan.
• Facilitate proactive maintenance, replacement planning, and compliance with regulations.
• Use the equipment list for client consultations, upselling, and assessing service levels.
• Offer targeted service agreements for monitoring and maintaining End Of Life assets.

Service Bulletins Dashboard

What you see:

• Breakdown of Service Bulletin Types

• Detailed list of affected assets
• Direct link to bulletin PDF details

How you can use it:

• Review active service bulletins and affected equipment, then schedule implementation proactively.
• Use XOi data to decide on repair or replacement and discuss service agreements.
• Identify unresolved issues from previous providers and offer to resolve them.

Benchmarking Dashboard

Benchmarking allows you to compare your performance with others in the XOi community, focusing on areas like:

• AI Work Summaries
• Equipment
• Upskill Opportunities

Filtering Reports

Filters allow you to easily review and find the data you are looking for, giving more precise control. The available filter options depend on the dashboard and the report.

Filter options include:

• Global Filters
• Table Filters
• Date Range Filters
• Search Box Filters
• Multi Select Filters

Chart Actions

Depending on the chart type, actions are available in the upper right-hand corner of the chart.

Chart actions can include:

• Expose Underlying Data
• Download
• Send to email
• Opening a Related Page

On table charts, you can:

• Manage Columns

• Navigate Results Pages

Editable Dashboards 

Sections of the dashboards are editable at the organization level. Users can customize their organization’s layout default.
