Receiving a Call in the Vision Live Mobile App
XOi's Vision Live Pro allows technicians to virtually connect and collaborate in real-time for faster training and problem resolution directly from the field.
Read further to learn how to receive a call through the Vision Live app.
When receiving a call you will receive a text message or email.
Select the link. If you do not have the Vision Live app downloaded you will be prompted to download.
The initiator of the call will begin the call.
Once connected, you'll have several controls available to you. Depending on how your account is configured you may see the below:
Camera - toggle to turn the remote camera on or off.
Microphone - Toggle to turn the remote microphone on or off.
Pause - Pause the video feed on the remote device, allowing you to draw on the image.
Camera Choice - Toggle to move between front or back camera
Snapshot - Click to capture an image of what is on the screen
Flashlight - Toggle to turn the flashlight on or off.
Eraser - Erases any drawings that were done by yourself or the receiver.
Speaker - Allows you to turn on the speaker for the call, to allow hands-free listening.
Gallery - Pick images from the gallery to show during the call.
Record - Record the call.
Terminate the call - Ends the call.
When you have paused the screen you and the call initiator can both free draw and add shapes to call out particular areas on the screen.
To free draw just begin moving your finger on the device. To add circles, select and hold the area.
You and the call initiator will have different colors.
Green = You
Orange = Call initiator
When done select the erase button to remove drawings.
