How to Build a Vision Live Pro Workflow Step
Only Admins have permission to perform this task.
XOi's Vision Live Pro allows technicians to virtually connect and collaborate in real-time for faster training and problem resolution directly from the field. This is a premium feature that is set up by your Customer Success Manager.
Calls can be initiated from a mobile app or XOi web. In XOi Web calls can be initiated through the Vision Live Pro tab or a workflow step.
Starting a Vision Live Pro call from a workflow step is XOi's recommended best practice because all still images and recordings from the call will be saved directly to the job and workflow step.
Before this can happen the workflow step needs to be configured properly. To build this type of step follow the below:
1. Go to Workflows, under the Administration tab, add a new or edit an existing workflow.
2. Choose the step. You can edit an existing step, add a templated step, or add a new step.
3. Vision Live Pro calls can be started from any step type. At the bottom of the workflow step page toggle on Allow Vision Live Recordings.
4. If creating a new step press Add Step. If editing an existing step press Update Step.
5. Save your Workflow.
Now when this workflow is added to a job there will be an icon to the right of the Step Name in XOi Web. Calls can now be initiated by selecting this icon.
*If you do not see this you may not have Vision Live turned on. Please contact your Customer Success Manager.
