Wennsoft Integration

The XOi / Wennsoft integration is designed to create a seamless technician experience between the two applications. The integration simplifies the process while empowering the technician with the full value that XOi Vision has to offer.

Integration Setup Requirements

All users must have matching emails in Wennsoft and XOi for the integration to work properly. These emails must be lowercase in both applications. 

If the emails do not match the user will receive a deep link error when moving from Wennsoft to XOi. 

Up to 3 XOi video transcriptions can be written back to Appointment Notes. There are 3 transcription fields: XOi Transcript, XOi Transcript 2, and XOi Transcript 3.

In the XOi workflow, steps that need to have transcripts written to Wennsoft must have a Step Trait of `k2a_transcript`, `k2a_transcript_2`, or `k2a_transcript_3`. These will write to the corresponding Appointment Note.

Integration Walkthrough

The Wennsoft integration begins in the MobileTech application. 

When a Service Call Appointment is assigned to you within 7 minutes an XOi Job will be created. You can gain access to this job by going into Appointment, selecting More, and scrolling down.

You will see two areas:

XOi Workflow with the button Open XOi Vision will take you directly to the corresponding XOi job.

     

XOi Site History with the button Open XOi Vision will perform a Job Activity search for past jobs at this location. You will be able to review the results and review the activity within the jobs by selecting them.

           

 

Work Order #, Customer, & Location

This information will be passed over to XOi after dispatch. By selecting the Workflow link you will be taken directly to the Job Info screen where you can review this information.

After entering the XOi job you may begin adding workflows and providing the required information.

After finishing the workflow(s) and completing the job information will be passed back to MobileTech. In XOi, you can get back to MobileTech by selecting the icon in the top left-hand corner. 

Information that passes from XOi to Wennsoft

Video Transcriptions & Work Summaries

MobileTech: Under Appointment Notes-> XOi Transcript video transcriptions and work summaries will pass back. You may edit these in MobileTech but they will not update in XOi. You may also copy and paste the summaries wherever you choose. 

        

Schedule: Inside the appointment under Appointment Notes the XOi transcriptions and work summaries will pass back to a note called XOi Transcript. You may edit these in Wennsoft but they will not update in XOi. 

Public Share Link

MobileTech: Under Appointment Notes-> XOi Resolution a Public Share Link will pass back. 

     

Schedule: Inside the appointment under Appointment Notes the Public Share Link will be in a note called XOi Resolution. 

Multiple appointments per service call can be aggregated into 1 XOi share link. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager to learn more. 

Note: If a job has been deleted in XOi and then recovered, the share links will not pass over to Wennsoft. They must be manually copied and pasted to the note section.
