How do I create a new job in XOi Mobile?
Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.
You can manually create jobs in XOi Mobile. These jobs will be automatically assigned to you*.
When you first open the application it will take you to the My Work page.
At the top of the page, you will see a button that says Create New Job. Select this button.
You'll see three Job Info fields that you will need to fill out.

Work Order #: Unique identifier for the job. Can have numbers, letters, and special characters.

Customer: Customer name. Can be an individual or a company.

Location: Address of the job/equipment location.
When done select Create in the upper right corner of your screen.
You will be taken to the Job Details page with the information you just filled in at the top.

*If the job needs to be reassigned to another colleague your admins can complete this task.
