Public Job Tags
Public Job Tags allow you to share specific information from your Field Service Management (FSM) software directly with customers. Details such as purchase order or invoice numbers can be dynamically added through FSM integrations, providing additional context to each job. These tags are automatically applied to XOi Jobs by integrations.
Where You'll See Public Job Tags:
XOi Web - Job Activity
In XOi Web, Public Job Tags appear in gray on individual jobs in the Job Activity pages. While these tags are added automatically by your integration; Admins, Job/User Editors, Job Editors, and the Job Owner can remove them if necessary.
To remove a tag: Click the “x” button to the right of the tag.
Like other tags, Public Job Tags are fully searchable across the platform, making it easy for your team to locate related jobs.
XOi Mobile
Technicians can view Public Job Tags in the Job Tags area of the job on XOi Mobile. However, these tags cannot be removed in XOi Mobile.
Share Links
Public Job Tags will also appear in the Job Tags section on share links, including the Entire Job Share link and Public Content Share Links.

Version Requirements:
To set up Public Job Tags, contact your Davisware representative or reach out to Davisware Support via your Davisware customer portal. They will assist with configuring the XOi partner rules in Davisware.
