Integration Setup Requirements
All users must have matching emails in RFS and XOi for the integration to work properly. These emails must be lowercase and valid in both applications.
If the emails do not match, the user will receive a deep link error when moving from RFS to XOi.
Ai Work Summaries & Step Notes can pass back to various places within RFS Black. Admins will need to add integration traits to each workflow step to establish where that information should pass.

Integration Walkthrough
The integration begins in the RFS Black Mobile Application.
Find the Your Call you would like to begin and Acknowledge it.
Select Travel right before you begin traveling to the customer's location.
When you have arrived to the customer's location and are ready to begin working select Start.
You will be prompted to launch the XOi application. Select Yes.
Work Order #, Customer, & Location
This information will be passed over to XOi after dispatch. By selecting Yes on the prompt you will be taken directly to the Job Info screen where you can review this information.
After finishing the workflow(s) and completing the job, information will be passed back to RFS Black. In XOi, you can get back to RFS Black by selecting the icon in the top left-hand corner.

Ai Work Summaries & Step Notes
RFS Black Mobile Application: Step Notes and Ai Work Summaries can appear in various areas within the app under SO Comments, Service Comments, or Bill Comments. This is dependent on how the workflow step is built by the admin.
Global Edge: Step Notes and Ai Work Summaries can appear in various areas within the app under SO Comments, Service Comments, or Bill Comments. This is dependent on how the workflow step is built by the admin.
Public and Entire Job Share Links
RFS Black Mobile Application: The File Room will have two records. The first one will be the Entire Job Share Link. This will have all details of the XOi job in it as should only be used for internal purposes. The second link that states Customer will be a Public Share link. This is to be given to your customers with only the public facing information in it.
Global Edge: The File Room will have two records. The first one that states Customer will be a Public Share link. This is to be given to your customers with only the public facing information in it. The second link will be the Entire Job Share Link. This will have all details of the XOi job in it as should only be used for internal purposes.
