XOi is making adjustments to the operating system (OS) versions we support on October 20, 2021. This update will impact both iOS and Android and may affect some technicians/users at your company.
On the date of the change, XOi will no longer support the following OS versions:

As a result, users will still be able to run the app and perform work as usual using one of the versions above, but will not be able to update the app to newer versions (which allows for routine performance updates, feature releases, bug fixes, etc.). In addition, we may be limited in our ability to fix any issues that occur for users on old OS versions.
In order to prevent any potential issues and allow your team to get the most out of XOi, we recommend updating the OS version on all mobile devices prior to October 20th. If unable to do so, we recommend obtaining devices that can support newer OS versions.
This change will officially go into effect on October 20th. Before we drop support for the OS versions above, we will be sure to notify your team and send several reminders about the change. In addition, this message has been sent to each individual user at your company to notify them of the update.
