How to use a video or photo that a customer sent via text
Want to add a video or photo the customer sent you to your job? You can easily do this from your device!
You will need to start by saving this video or photo to your gallery.
- Tap and hold on the video that was sent to you in a text message.
- You should then be given the option to save this to your device.
- Once saved, go back to Vision and add this video by using the "Upload Video from Gallery" option within the step of your workflow.
Note: Some video file types are not supported. A lot of videos sent by text are default to a .3gp file format, which is not a supported file type in the app. If the video does not play, it may need to be converted into a file format that will.
