Receiving "Error Adding Content" when I try to take video or photos
This is usually caused by inadequate camera permissions on your device. You can easily update the permissions to allow use of your camera by following these steps:
- Navigate to Settings
- Go to Privacy
- Select Permission Manager
- Select Camera to view app permissions to your camera
- Find the Vision app in the list.
- Change setting to Allow
You will now have access to add video and photos to your job.
