How do I reset my XOi Mobile password?
Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.
If you forgot your password you can reset it anytime on the XOi Mobile log-in screen.
Follow the steps below:
1. Open the XOi Mobile app.
2. Select Forgot Password.
3. Type in the email address associated with the account and select Submit.
4. You will receive a 6-digit reset code through either a text message. If there is no phone number associated with your account the password will be sent to the email associated with the account.
5. Put the 6-Digit Code and your new password into the box. Select Sign In.
Note: Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one symbol, one number, and one lowercase letter. The + cannot be used as the symbol requirement.
After pressing Sign In you will be taken inside the mobile app to the My Work section.
Additional Information:
If your device is set to user autofill, the top box for the temporary password code occasionally auto-fills with your username/email address. You will need to ensure that the code is placed in the first box or you will receive an error.
