Getting Started: Reports
Reporting gives you the ability to review the data being collected in completed jobs, identify the most common types of equipment your technicians encounter, and manage your technician's productivity.
All administrators and select users* have access to the Reports tab.
Filtering Reports
All reports can be filterable using the preset filters or choose a custom range using the funnel button. Learn more here: Filtering Reports with Custom Date Ranges
Reports Available
Everyone's account comes with a set of reports. The topics are:
Completed Jobs
- Completed Jobs Day Over Day
- Completed Jobs Last 30 Days
- Completed Jobs by Group
- Completed Jobs by User
- Completed Jobs Week over Week
User Activity
- User Activity - All Time
Assets
- Top 10 Assets Makes - All Time
- OCR(Optical Character Recognition) Reports
Workflows
- Detailed Workflow Report
- Frequency of Workflow Usage
Share Page Surveys
- Response Breakdown
- Survey Details
Expanding Report
In the top right-hand corner of each report, there is an expanding icon. Select this to expand the report.
From here you can change the layout of the report or export it.
Exporting Reports
In the top right-hand corner of each report, you can choose the export icon. This will download the report as a CSV.
If you expand the report first and then select the export button in the top right-hand corner you will be able to export each report to:
- CSV
- PPT
- Excel
