What if I can't see all of my completed jobs?
As a measure to help assist our customers, we have set the app to only display a limited number of completed jobs within our backend settings. This allows only jobs from a particular date range to display within your Vision app. The purpose of this is to limit the number of historical jobs loading up each time you open the app.
If you would like to see more, or all, of your previous jobs within the XOi app, please contact our support center.
