Where can I find my completed jobs in XOi Mobile?
Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.
There are two areas where you can see and share completed jobs in the XOi Mobile app.
1. My Work Page
On the My Work Page, you will see your most recent completed jobs under Completed Jobs. You can edit and review these jobs by selecting a particular job. You can share the entire job or just the public content by selecting the share icon on the job.
The app is set to only display a limited number of completed jobs in the Completed Jobs section on the My Work page. This allows only jobs from a particular date range to display, limiting the number of historical jobs that load each time you open the app.
Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.
2. Job Activity
Once a completed job falls out of the date range it will move to the Job Activity Page (bottom of application, magnify glass) with the rest of the historical jobs from your organization. You can not edit these jobs but you can share the entire job or just the public icon by selecting the share icon on the job.
To edit the jobs in this area you will need to use XOi Web.
You can search for your job using keywords like Work Order #, Customer, Location, Technician name, and technician email.
