How do I add notifications to a workflow?
Notification options allow you to notify a particular person or group when either a step or an entire workflow is completed.
You can easily choose when and who should be notified within the workflow customization.
- Once logged in, go to the Workflows tab.
- Either select Add a Workflow or choose to edit an existing one by clicking the pencil icon.
- Once on the page for your workflow, you can add notifications with one of the following options:
- Designate who to notify when the entire workflow is completed
- Add a notification for a certain step of the workflow by editing that step
- Add a new step to use for notification
