If you find that the photos and/or videos you have added to a job are saying "failed to upload," there are steps you can take to correct this issue:
- Select "Retry" from the queue:
- Ensure that your cellular signal is sufficient.
- If your cellular signal is good, force close the application and reopen.
- If issue persists, reboot your device
If the above steps do not resolve your issue initially, ensure that the app is up to date. Additionally, although rare, at times it could be necessary to close any other applications running on your device and leave the application open to finish completing the upload without being bogged down by other running applications.
NOTE: Do not delete the application if uploads are in progress. THEY WILL BE LOST!
