Resolving Vision Live mobile App performance Issues
Several different factors can affect the performance of the Vision Live mobile application. Below are specific actions that can be taken to resolve some of these general issues.
- Force close background applications - Force close background applications that are taking up your device's power and memory usage.

- Go to Settings.
- Choose Apps. On some Samsung phones, touch the General tab atop the Settings app screen, and then choose the Application Manager item.
- Touch the Running tab to view only active or running apps.
- Select the XOi app.
- Touch the Stop or Force Stop button.

- Make sure the Vision Live app has the correct permissions - If you are unable to access video or are experiencing issues connecting, sometimes this can mean that your device may not be providing appropriate permissions to the app:
- iOS
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Apps and go to Vision Live.
- Tap on Permissions (some devices say Permission Manager.
- Android:
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down to find the Vision Live app, this will take you to the settings specific to the application.
- Make sure the app has access to the Local Network Microphone, Background App Refresh, and Cellular Data.
- iOS
- Verify the internet connection on your mobile device.
- Clear cache and data on your device.
- Check for updates in the iOS App Store or Andriod Play Store.
