Resolving Vision Live Desktop Issues
There are several different factors that can affect the performance of the Vision Live Desktop.
A few things we would suggest doing to resolve these are:
- Clear the Caches for your browser.
- On Chrome:
- Open your computer, and open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More. Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
- Select the types of information you want to remove.
- Click Clear data.
- On Chrome:
2. Completely close out and restart your browser
3. Log out, shut down, and restart your computer
4. Verify that you have the current plugins or attempt to uninstall/reinstall the browser plugins.
If you see the below error message your computer is blocking the application. You should contact your IT team for help.
Additional Information
Ensure that you do not already have another app/website using your camera because this can also create issues using Vision Live Desktop.
