There are several different factors that can affect performance of the Vision Live Desktop.
A few things we would suggest doing to resolve these are...
- Clear the Caches for your browser
- Completely close out and restart your browser
- Log out, shut down, and restart your computer
If these do not work, you can try to verify that you have the current plugins or attempt to uninstall/reinstall the browser plugins.
Ensure that you do not already have another app/website using your camera because this can also create issues using Vision Live Desktop.
