How to share content from the Knowledge Base
You can share content from the Knowledge Base through a shareable link. This link can be texted or emailed to whomever you would like. This is helpful for technicians when they are on the job and need help finding the content to answer their questions.
To share an individual piece of content follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Knowledge Base tab.
2. Use the search filters to find the content.
3. Select the title of the content.
4. Click the Share Icon in the upper right corner - this will copy the link to your clipboard
5. Share the link. The link will lead to a live web page where the user can select the content and it will open on their device.
To share multiple pieces of content follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Knowledge Base tab.
2. User the search filters to find the content.
3. Select the checkbox next to each piece of content to be included in the link.
4. Click the Share Icon in the upper right corner - this will copy the link to your clipboard.
5. Share the link. The link will lead to a live web page where the user can select the content and it will open on their device.
