Can I use multiple devices with the Vision app?
You can use the Vision app with more than one device; however, it is not suggested because you may experience one of the following issues when you start a job on one device and attempt to finish the job on a secondary device:
- Photos/videos not fully uploading.
- Content added on one device may not be immediately present on the secondary device.
- Saving on the secondary device overrides the first device in instances where the first device has not fully finished uploading items.
When using two devices (or more), we would advise that any time you are using one device to start your job, you leave the app open to ensure that all content uploads correctly and you can see it on your secondary device prior to saving.
If you do find that the content is not uploading fully, please log out of the Vision app on your device, reboot your device and then log back in to restart the uploads. It can be helpful to login on the device that began the job. Again, please keep the app open to ensure everything uploads.
