Removing content from the Knowledge Base
To delete an item from the Knowledge Base:
- Go to the Knowledge Base
- Locate and click on the item you want to delete
- Select the three dots in the upper right corner
- Choose Remove Content
Additional Information
Removal of content permanently deletes the content. We advise that you do not delete any content you think you may want to use later because you would essentially have to recreate that content from scratch
