How to edit job information in Vision Web
To edit a job in Vision Web follow the steps below:
1. Go to Job Activity, Completed Jobs or Incomplete Jobs, and search for the job you would like to edit.
2. Select the blue title of the job to open.
3. The form will be open to edit in all blue places. The areas that you can edit are:
- Workflow Tags: Select the blue plus button, type in the tag, and select the plus button again.
- Workflow Notes: Select + Add Note.
- Notes on steps: Select + Add Note on the step you would like to add a note to.
- Content on steps: Select + Add Content to upload videos or images from your computer.

- You can drag uploaded content to different steps in case they were placed on the wrong step.

- Add tags to your image/video by selecting the content and then selecting the + button under the Tag section on the right.

- Answer questions or change answers: You may answer multiple choice, yes/no, date, numeric, and short text questions by selecting where prompted on the step.
All of your changes are live. No save button needs to be pressed. Once the assigned technician refreshes their mobile app they will see all changes made.
If you would like to add/remove a workflow or change Work Order #, Customer, or Location select the three dots in the top-right corner and select Edit Job.
When ready select Update Job in the bottom right corner.
