How can I use a photo/video that was sent to me via email?

If you would like to use a video or photo that was sent to you by email, you will need to first save it to your computer/device.  

This will allow you to add this content directly from your device during the creation or editing portion of your job: 

• Create a new job or edit an existing job. 
• Go to the step you would like to add the photo/video to
• Locate the content in your files and add it to the job.
