How do I share a video or photo from XOi Web?

Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.

You can share images and videos from completed and incomplete jobs through a shareable link in XOi Web and XOi Mobile. This link can be texted or emailed to whomever you would like.

To share an individual piece of content from XOi Web follow the steps below:

1. Go to Job Activity and Completed Jobs or Incompleted Jobs.

2. Locate the job where the content is in. 

3. Select the job title to go into the job. 

4. Locate the image/video you would like to share. 

5. Click on the image/video to magnify. 

6. Click on the share icon in the top right-hand corner. 

7. An Ad-Hoc Link will be created and copied to your clipboard. You can now paste the link wherever you plan to share it. 

Additional Information

If you want to share all content from the entire job, the job status will need to show as completed. If you attempt to share before the job completion, you will notice that the share icon is grayed out.
