How do I share a completed job from Vision Web?

Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.

XOi gives you the ability to create transparency by sharing images, videos, notes, and answers to various types of questions through share links. You can use these share links for both individuals within your organization and your customers. 

These share links can be generated through XOi Mobile and XOi Web. 

Follow the steps below to learn how to share from XOi Web. 

1. Log into Vision Web.

2. Go to Job Activity ---> Completed Jobs and locate the job you want to share. 

3. Select the Share icon in the top right.

You will be presented with two choices. 

• Copy Public Content Share Link: This will only contain the job steps that are marked as customer-facing. 
• Copy Entire Job Share Link: Share all documentation and steps for your job (Including internal notes and tags)

4. Choose the link you wish to copy. It will copy to a clipboard allowing you to paste where you would like to share. 

Additional Information

To get the share link, a job must be fully completed. Jobs that are not yet fully completed will display a grayed-out Share Icon.
