If you downloaded the XOi Vision app and still are not able to get signed in, it is most likely because...
- You forgot your login credentials
- You do not have an active account with XOi - each user must be setup with an account with XOi prior to being able to use the application. This is a step XOi does on the backend to ensure your account is created.
If you do not yet have an account setup with us, you will want to contact your company administrator and let them know. Your admin can create the account on their end, or they can authorize us to do it by emailing email@example.com.
