At XOi, we are constantly working to improve our capabilities and user experience. Our latest release includes several new updates, features, and fixes.

As we slowly roll out version 1.36.0 of the Vision mobile app and 1.47.0 of Vision web, here's what you can expect to see: 

Vision Mobile - 1.36.0

Video Upload Optimization on iOS

To improve video uploading, compression on iOS has been altered to more closely match the experience on Android. When uploading a video, you may now see an 'Optimizing Video for Fast Upload' notification, typically when uploading from your gallery. 

**To ensure successful  uploading, users must remain in the app without locking their phone until the video finishes uploading.

Improved Knowledge Base Search Results Layout

Based on user feedback, we've made adjustments to the layout of Knowledge Base search results to make searching and content consumption more efficient. In addition, the total number of search results is now displayed at the top of the results page.

Vision Web - 1.47.0

Group Visibility Controls

The release of the new Group Visibility feature in Vision web allows admin. users to limit and restrict a user's ability to view jobs from groups they are not a member of. When activated, this feature limits the user's visibility - only displaying jobs from groups the user is a member of. In addition, the user will only have access to workflows associated with those groups.
