How do I get an account?
All new account setup goes through the organization Admin or Job/User Editor. You will need to contact them first.
Administrator & Job/User Editors can then choose to do one of two things:
1. Set up the account themselves.
- Follow the steps in this article: How do I create a user?
2. Authorize XOi to set up the account.
- Contact XOi Support.
Once set up, you will receive an email or text message with a username and temporary password. Please follow the steps in this article: How do I log in the first time?
