All new account setup goes through the organization admin. You will need to contact them first.
Administrators can then choose to do one of two things:
1. Setup the account themselves.
- Follow the steps in this article: How do I create a user?
2. Authorize XOi to setup the account.
- Contact XOi Support.
Once set up, you will receive an email or text message with a username and temporary password. Please follow the steps in this article: How do I login the first time?
This process may change if you have an integration. Please contact your Customer Success Manager with questions.
