All new account setup goes through the organization admin before being provisioned. If you are looking to get your account setup, you will need to contact your administrator first.
Administrators can then choose to do one of two things:
- Setup the account themselves
- Authorize XOi to setup the account
If the admin wants XOi to setup the account, all they will need to do is send an email to email@example.com with the automation to setup the new account.
